Mid-Majors almost won first 3 games

Seton Hall was blown out by a very good, shockingly good in fact Wichita State team by 20.

UW-Milwalkee beat Oklahoma like I expected.

Pacific played very gamely against BC but didn't quite win it in a 2OT instant classic.

Not surprised at all that the March Madness on Demand isn't working .. there must be hundreds of thousands if not millions of people trying to get on that ...

Also got Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition Remix for my PS2 today which totally rocks ...

The thursday of the tournament is always one of my favorite days on the sports calendar ...

Go mid-majors and go Rutgers tonight at St. Joseph's in the NIT and on Sunday for the women vs. Dartmouth (7 pm -- ESPN2)

March Madness

Today is the first day of the tournament ...

Although the BC-Pacific game is close and looks interesting ... more interesting in seeing Wichita State beat Seton Hall (40-26 Shockers at halftime) or see Bruce Pearl's old team UW-Milwalkee beat an overrated Oklahoma team.

I feel more disconnected from the tournament then I have in a while .. am enjoying getting some cleaning done today ... have a HUGE amount to do.

Also miss SG and will be back tomorrow ... it is an excellent site.
